THE FACILITY & ENVIRONMENT
Established in the 2000, the Custom Yacht Shipyard International is headquartered in the famous seafaring city of Gdansk, in Poland. It has all the knowledge, experience and facilities required to build top quality yachts, using the most advanced technologies available in the shipbuilding industry.
Housed in purpose - adapted halls, where a highly developed shipyard infrastructure with all workshops and specialists gathered under one roof and with privileged direct access to the water ways of the Gdansk port, ensures the cost savings inherent to unique project managing and work force coordination. The significant investments have also been committed to create a facility that guarantees the highest quality standards in an adapted environment. The city of Gdansk, famous for its shipbuilding tradition, is also a guarantee of specialized and experienced work force. All these features are added values of this dynamic and fast growing shipyard.
We bring into service all techniques for the unique constructions - made of aluminum or composite - or yacht restoration – sail or motor from 60 to over 200 feet.
We have an access to the optimal infrastructures: up to 300 ton floating crane, which can lift yachts of over 140 feet, all workshops located under one roof and above all – experienced craftsmen, specialists and technicians capable of the most beautiful accomplishments. Custom Yacht Shipyard International provides also a comprehensive mechanics, electrical and electronic service.
A performing internal quality control system has been implemented at each phase of the building process.
