In addition to aluminium, we also use sandwich composite construction and super-light materials in the construction of yachts. Depending on the project, we use polyester, vinyl ester or epoxy resin combined with glass, carbon or Kevlar fibre with core materials like balsa, PVC foam or honeycomb if necessary. We use hand layup and infusion methods depending on the element manufactured.

Since the 2007, we have been using Vacuum Infusion technology in the production process. This technology provides yachts with added strength, while allowing us to build lighter boats, achieving weight stability curves with improved weight saving ratios while still maintaining the highest level of quality. On the other hand, infusion allows us to reduce building waste, thereby adding a considerable cost saving while at the same time being a much more environmentally friendly process.

We are one of the few shipyards in the world, which manufactures high-tech composite elements as carbon rudders, carbon masts and booms.
